Please join Taiwan Cafe for an intriguing book discussion and a night of Jazz with The Autonomous Region!

As the fall weather sets in, what could be cozier than a fireside chat with Joyce Bergvelt about her new book, "Lord of Formosa"? This captivating novel, inspired by historical events, dramatizes the confrontations between the Dutch colony of Taiwan and 17th century Chinese warlord, Zhen Chenggong (Koxinga).
