With a vibrant atmosphere and a lineup of talented musicians Club Mandalay promises to keep you grooving all afternoon. Don't miss out on this incredible afternoon of music, friends, and good vibes in the heart of San Francisco's Chinatown-North Beach district!

This month we're excited to present the two house bands of the International Hotel Manilatown Center!

Starting us off will be the Manilatown Ancestral Ensemble featuring Caroline Cabading, Raymond Bambao, Jibril Alvarez, Tony Daquipa, Lisa Lord, Camille Santana, Frances Cachapero, Daniel Giray, Marcella Pabros-Clark and Patrick Tamayo offering a set of pre-colonial Philippine music and dance.

After a short break our The Autonomous Region (performing as the Manilatown Jazz Ensemble), will take to the stage with Caroline Cabading on Vocals, Raymond Bambao on Bass, Harold Ohashi on Drums, and Rey Cristobal on piano!

This month house band, the Manilatown Jazz Ensemble (AKA The Autonomous Region), will start the show with Caroline Cabading on Vocals, Raymond Bambao on Bass, Chris Planas on Guitar, Harold Ohashi on Drums, Vincent Khoe on piano, and Special Guest Soloist Melecio Magdaluyo!

United States of Asian America Festival

Autonomous will be premiering an excerpt of its new suite of original compositions, "Sugilanon" as part of the United States of Asian America Festival taking place at San Francisco's Japantown Peace Plaza. Our set starts at 12Noon but this will be a wonderful festival of performance artists that will continue to present until 4pm. Please stay for the whole showing if you can. Neon was Never Brighter

Autonomous will be activating San Francisco's Chinatown as part of an afternoon and evening offering visual, media and performing artists. We will be launching the day's activities with an outdoor 3-4pm jazz set on the 800 block of Grant Avenue and then coming back to help round out the day's events with a 7-8pm set.
