The Autonomous Region performs both classic standards and modern arrangements of jazz favorites. Led by vocalist Caroline Cabading, this tradition-rooted ensemble also presents original compositions that fuse jazz with kulintang, a pre-colonial music of the Philippines.

This month house band, the Manilatown Jazz Ensemble (AKA The Autonomous Region), will start the show with Caroline Cabading on Vocals, Raymond Bambao on Bass, Chris Planas on Guitar, Harold Ohashi on Drums, Vincent Khoe on piano, and Special Guest Soloist Melecio Magdaluyo!
